Terms and Conditions - Individual-Use Social Media Video

By purchasing the Individual-Use Social Media Video, you ("the Buyer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Exclusive Usage: The purchased video is intended for the exclusive use of the Buyer. The Buyer agrees not to duplicate, reproduce, distribute, or share the video in any form, whether digitally or physically, with any third party.

2. Social Media Use Only: The video is authorized for use solely on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. The Buyer agrees not to use the video for television broadcast, commercials, or any other non-social media purposes.

3. Non-Transferable: The rights to the video are non-transferable. The Buyer may not sell, license, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any rights or usage of the video to any other individual, entity, or party.

4. Modification: The Buyer is not permitted to modify, edit, or alter the video in any way that would distort the original content or message, except for basic resizing or formatting necessary for specific social media platforms.

5. Ownership and Copyright: The video, including all intellectual property rights and copyright, remains the property of [Your Company Name]. The Buyer acknowledges that they are purchasing a license to use the video, and ownership of the content remains with Work Hard Travel Well LLC.

6. Personal Use Only: The video is intended for personal branding, self-promotion, and non-commercial purposes. Any use that promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

7. Indemnification: The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Work Hard Travel Well LLC and its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from the Buyer's use of the purchased video.

8. Refunds and Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of the product, refunds or exchanges are not available once the video has been delivered to the Buyer.

9. Termination: Work Hard Travel Well LLC reserves the right to terminate or revoke the Buyer's license to use the video if the Buyer violates any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the USA. Any disputes arising from the use of the video or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the USA.

By purchasing the Individual-Use Social Media Video, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
