🕒 When Will I Get My Order?

All items are custom-made and typically take 3–7 business days to fulfill. After that, shipping time depends on your location:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery time = Fulfillment time + Shipping time.

Please note: During high-volume seasons (like holidays), fulfillment or shipping may take slightly longer.


🏭 How Are Your Products Made?

We work with a trusted print-on-demand partner with fulfillment centers located around the world. Your order is printed and shipped from the location that can deliver it most efficiently based on your shipping address.

This process helps reduce waste and ensures each piece is created just for you.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you haven’t received tracking info after several days or need help, please send us a message using the contact form below.


📬 Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame:

  1. Double-check your shipping confirmation for address errors

  2. Check with your local postal service or neighbors

  3. If still missing, contact us using the message box below

If the address entered was incorrect, we can reship the item once confirmed, but you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.


🌍 International Orders & Customs

Some international shipments may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are set by your country’s regulations. These charges are not collected by us and are the responsibility of the customer.
