At the Travel Well Store, we care about your experience and want you to love your order. Because all of our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. However, if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
✅ What We Do Cover:
We gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

Your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective

You receive the wrong item, size, or design.

Your package is lost in transit and does not arrive
❌ What We Don’t Accept Returns For:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Size exchanges (please double-check the sizing chart on each product page before ordering)

Sealed goods like face masks due to hygiene reasons

Items returned without contacting us first
📅 Timeframes for Claims:

Damaged or defective items: Must be reported within 30 days of delivery

Lost packages: Must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
-
Mislabeled/Misprinted items: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery

We typically respond within 2–3 business days and will either send a replacement or issue a refund if the claim is approved.
🏠 Return Shipping & Facility Info:

All returns are sent to our fulfillment partner’s facility

If a return is accepted, we will provide instructions and the return address

Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility
🌍 Customs & International Orders:
International customers may be charged customs fees or import taxes by their country’s customs office. These charges are not within our control and are the responsibility of the buyer.
⚠️ EU Consumer Notice:
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons
As such, we reserve the right to refuse returns under these conditions.
